Job summary

ACV Auctions in Phoenix, AZ seeks a bilingual Account Manager to retain and grow a base of dealership customers across targeted markets. You will work with Field Sales to implement strategies, deepen relationships, and drive adoption of ACV's dealer solutions.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, with a focus on exceptional customer outcomes. You will read and respond to customer needs, stay current on market trends, and use CRM tools to track performance and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and able to read, write, and speak both languages.
• Experience in sales, preferably automotive, with a record of retaining and growing customers.
• Strong communication skills to engage dealerships via phone, text, and email.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance the customer experience across the dealer network.
• Develop deep understanding of ACV's dealer solutions and drive adoption.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and retention goals.
• Collaborate with Field Sales to retain and grow customer base and unit volume.
• Maintain CRM records of all customer interactions and activities.
• Provide proactive outreach to identify needs and offer solutions.
