• 1-3+ years in account management, customer service, collections, or operations; automotive finance or dealership ops is a plus.
• Comfortable navigating CRM platforms and portfolio management tools.
• Strong organization and time-management to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
• Strong critical thinking with risk-conscious decision-making.
• Multilingual, especially Portuguese and/or Spanish, is required.

Responsibilities

• Audit reconciliation & asset tracking for floorplan inventory reports.
• Collections & portfolio management; be the primary contact for dealer partners and ensure timely payments.
• Assess risks across the portfolio and make risk-aware operational decisions to minimize financial risk.
