• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
• Strong communication between technician and customer.

Responsibilities

• Advise on vehicle maintenance in a professional, courteous manner.
• Prepare and process repair orders including costs, verify warranties and descriptions of symptoms.
• Serve as a communicator between technician and customer; ensure understanding of services.
• Check progress and provide regular updates to clients.
• Maintain high customer service scores and meet goals.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team.
