Job summary

Robert Woodall Auto in Danville, VA is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor. We are Looking for an Automotive Service Advisor.

Qualified candidates will have extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance, terminology, and repairs.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a professional automotive shop.
• Give accurate (expert level) advise on vehicle maintenance in a professional, courteous, sincere manor in order keep our customers safe.
• Prepare and process repair orders accurately including all costs, verify warranty/service contracts, deductibles and descriptions of symptoms.
• Serve as a communicator between technician and customer. Ensuring complete understanding of services.
• Experience with ADP/CDK and OEM certifications
• Maintain high customer service scores and meet goals
• Check progress and provide regular updates to clients
• Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic throughout the work day
• Strong work ethic and attendance
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Work together with others as a team
