TED BRITT AUTOMOTIVE GROUP in Sterling, VA is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to guide customers through service from check-in to delivery. You will provide accurate cost estimates, coordinate repairs with technicians, and communicate progress to customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a service advisor or similar role, strong vehicle knowledge, and proficiency with Reynolds DPS. Excellent communication and organization are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (Reynolds preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their vehicle service needs from check-in to delivery.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and repair recommendations.
• Coordinate repairs with technicians and communicate updates to customers.
• Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote additional maintenance services and maintain profitability goals.
