All Roads Company is hiring a Sales Consultant at Norris Ford in Dundalk, MD. This full-time role focuses on identifying customer needs, demonstrating features, and closing sales with commission-based compensation and a draw against commission. Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply.

• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features (valid driver's license required)

• Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, and process credit applications and transaction paperwork
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and follow-up activity
• Prepare sold vehicles prior to customer delivery
• Conduct a thorough delivery presentation, ensuring customers understand vehicle features, warranty, and documentation
