Job summary

Capital Ford of Lillington is seeking a motivated, outgoing Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will guide customers through the vehicle-buying process, matching needs and budgets with the right vehicle.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and contribute to achieving sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; automotive sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable personality with a genuine passion for working with people.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
• Ability to build relationships and earn customers’ trust.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle based on needs, preferences, and budget.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish throughout the sales process.
• Showcase vehicle features, benefits, and available options to aid decision making.
• Guide customers through the buying experience from initial conversation to delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate pricing and work toward closing sales while ensuring a positive experience.
• Stay up to date on inventory, features, and promotions.
• Work toward achieving individual and dealership sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
