Job summary

DARCARS of Baltimore is seeking a Car Sales Representative to join our team. You will sell new and used vehicles, deliver exceptional customer service, and help customers choose the right options while meeting DARCARS' sales goals.

This non-supervisory, commission-based role rewards top performers and welcomes bilingual English/Spanish candidates. A valid driver's license and the ability to work evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in car sales is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus for customer interactions.
• Able to use video tools (FaceTime) to assist customers.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles and meet sales objectives.
• Engage with customers in person and virtually.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and management teams.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and arrange delivery/registration.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with prospects.
• Demonstrate vehicles and explain features.
• Use video tools to assist customers virtually.
• Develop income goals and strive to meet them.
• Participate in brand and dealership training.
