Job summary

Capital Ford of Lillington in North Carolina is seeking a motivated, outgoing Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will help customers find the right vehicle and guide them through the buying process in English and Spanish.

Build relationships, showcase features, negotiate pricing, and work toward achieving individual and dealership sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; automotive sales experience is a plus!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, approachable personality with a genuine passion for working with people.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Ability to build relationships and earn customers' trust.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to manage customer information accurately.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Assist with customers in finding the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish throughout the sales process.
• Showcase vehicle features, benefits, and available options to help customers make informed decisions.
• Guide customers through the entire buying experience, from the initial conversation to vehicle delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate pricing and work toward closing sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Stay up to date on current inventory, vehicle features, and dealership promotions.
• Work toward achieving individual and dealership sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
