Qualifikationen

• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.

Aufgaben

• Promote and follow customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call).
• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist installers and professional customers as needed.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, and quote prices per policy.
• Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and processing payments securely.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Support with image making, planogram updates, and stocking tasks.
• Perform daily store operations and inventory tasks as needed.
• Operate store equipment after training and requirements.
• Assist with in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, diagnostics).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
