O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level customer service to both retail and installer customers while supporting store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The role includes greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, handling transactions, processing returns, and keeping shelves stocked and organized. Training and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification is desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Promote and follow company customer service programs.
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges/returns per policy and resolve complaints.
• Assist with stock, merchandising, and store maintenance tasks.
