O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will support store management, greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and process transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

Role involves assisting professional customers, maintaining cash controls, handling returns, and resolving complaints. Occasional vehicle deliveries and in-store service tasks are part of the duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail and installer customers promptly in a friendly manner and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist management and installer service specialists for professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash drawer, accept payments, make change, and process credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a courteous manner.
• Perform daily store tasks including stocking, planogram updates, and image maker duties.
• Conduct in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, codes) where permitted by state law.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
