Qualifications

• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.

• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner and assist in merchandise selection.
• Support professional customers by assisting managers and installer service specialists as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policy.
• Handle cash, checks, credit card transactions, and balance cash drawer accurately.
• Answer store calls per policy, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
