Responsibilities

• Process exchanges/returns per company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stock planning, shelf presentation, and merchandising tasks.
• Perform store services and light vehicle-related tasks as trained.
• Support daily operations and order processing as directed.
