Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This role may take on shift management duties when management is unavailable, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Essential duties include leading the team to deliver outstanding service, supervising showroom customer service, processing transfers and orders, handling returns, and coordinating store

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to company policies and programs.
• Perform opening/closing duties, end-of-day procedures, and secure money and premises.
