Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, and operations, including shift management when managers are away. Bilingual candidates are encouraged.

You will supervise customer service levels, process orders and deposits, ensure accurate invoicing, and participate in daily opening and closing duties while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• RSS Certification required.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in customer service and sales.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and programs.
• Assume shift management in the absence of Store Manager.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers and outside orders.
• Handle returns, refunds, and invoicing with correct payment methods.
• Perform opening/closing duties, money handling, and deposits per policy.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and ensure adherence to posted schedules.
