Job summary

Loyalty MGA LLC in Miami, FL is seeking experienced bilingual auto insurance adjusters to join our onsite team. Responsibilities include investigating and adjusting Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, and other auto claims, determining coverage and reserves, and providing excellent service to clients.

Candidates need a High School Diploma or GED, at least 6 months claims handling, bilingual in English and Spanish, and an all-lines 6-20 license or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 6 months of claims handling or intake experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active insurance adjuster license preferred; must obtain and maintain as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess auto insurance claims across segments (Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, Payment Adjustment, Appraisal, or SIU).
• Determine coverage, valuation and exposure for claims; set reserves.
• Resolve claims efficiently and fairly; collect statements from involved parties.
