Job summary

Loyalty MGA LLC is seeking experienced bilingual Auto Insurance Adjusters to join our onsite team in Florida. You will investigate and assess claims across Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, Payment Adjustment, Appraisal, and Special Investigation Units, determining coverage and valuation while maintaining reserves.

We value strong customer service, license possession, and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of claims handling or intake experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required; license preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess auto insurance claims across segments.
• Determine coverage, valuation, and exposure for claims.
• Resolve claims efficiently and fairly.
• Collect and analyze statements from involved parties.
• Maintain accurate claim reserves.
• Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
