Loyalty MGA LLC is seeking experienced bilingual Auto Insurance Adjusters to join our onsite team in Florida. Roles cover Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, and more, with opportunities to advance in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities include investigating claims, determining coverage, settling fairly, and maintaining reserves while delivering excellent service to clients and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 6 months of claims handling or intake experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Active adjuster license preferred; must obtain/maintain as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess auto insurance claims across segments.
• Determine coverage, valuation, and exposure for claims.
• Resolve claims efficiently and fairly.
• Collect and analyze statements from involved parties.
• Maintain accurate claim reserves.
• Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
