Loyalty MGA is seeking experienced bilingual auto insurance adjusters to join our onsite team in Casselberry, FL. The role covers Bodily Injury, PIP, Property Damage, and more, with opportunities to advance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months of claims handling or intake experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Active insurance adjuster’s license preferred; must obtain and maintain as needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess auto insurance claims across Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, Payment Adjustment, Appraisal, and Specialized Units.
• Determine coverage, valuation, and exposure for claims.
• Resolve claims efficiently and fairly.
• Collect and analyze statements from involved parties.
• Maintain accurate claim reserves.
• Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
