Loyalty MGA is seeking experienced bilingual auto insurance adjusters to join our onsite team in Casselberry, FL. The role covers Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, and related units, with opportunities to advance in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities include investigating claims, determining coverage and reserves, collecting statements, and delivering excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months claims handling or intake experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Active insurance adjuster license preferred; must obtain if needed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and assess auto insurance claims across segments (BI, PIP, PD, Payment Adjustment, Appraisal, SIU).
• Determine coverage, valuation, and exposure for claims.
• Resolve claims efficiently and fairly.
• Collect and analyze statements from involved parties.
• Maintain accurate claim reserves.
• Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders.
