Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences at our Moreno Valley branch. You will welcome clients, review needs, and connect them to Chase's banking solutions and digital tools.

You will build trusted relationships through attentive service, learn products quickly, and collaborate with the branch team to help clients achieve their financial goals. A high school diploma or GED is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and deliver attentive service to create a welcoming environment.
• Open accounts and perform maintenance while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and advising on products.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices in line with bank policies.
