Chase in Chicago seeks an Associate Banker to deliver hospitality, build trusted client relationships, and promote banking solutions using digital tools.

You will greet clients, open accounts, guide them through the Chase Mobile App, and collaborate with branch teammates to help clients meet their financial goals. Fluency in English and Spanish, and a high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to open accounts and educate clients on digital banking tools.

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients as they enter the branch.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with the team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices in line with bank policies.
