Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and working with the team to meet goals.
• Handle branch operations, including cash devices, in line with bank procedures.
