Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels at the retail showroom with programs such as Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot.
• Ensure retail sales counter staffing during peak hours and support scheduling.
• Coach/mentor team members and support training to meet goals.
• Assist in hiring by conducting interviews and coordinating with management.
• Oversee cash handling, opening/closing duties, and securing deposits.
• Process transfers and orders and communicate shipment arrivals to customers.
