O’Reilly Auto Parts in Williston, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the team when the manager is absent or on opposing shifts.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification. Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours.
• Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, coaching and training.
• Assist in the hiring process by recruiting, interviewing and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store and transfers are processed timely and communicated to customers.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed efficiently and refunds issued correctly.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and stock is properly controlled.
