Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and related programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in goal setting, coaching, and training for team members.
• Assist in hiring processes including recruiting tasks and interviews.
• Ensure calls and orders are processed according to policy.
• Manage transfers and outside purchases efficiently.
• Process returns, refunds, and ensure proper invoicing of merchandise.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and correct clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties including money handling and security checks.
• Maintain store building, parking lot, exterior signage/lighting, and delivery vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.
