Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. Qualifications

• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Ability to lead a team and coach staff in a retail environment.
• Experience with customer service programs and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom floor.
• Assist store manager in staffing, hiring, coaching, and goal setting.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges; manage daily store operations.
• Ensure security, opening/closing duties, and adherence to company policies.
