O’Reilly Auto Parts in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. You will lead the team to service customers and manage the store during absences or opposing shifts.

The ideal candidate has relevant certifications and a leadership mindset, with bilingual abilities encouraged. This role offers opportunities for growth within a respected nationwide retailer.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service.
• Supervise service levels at the retail showroom and execute customer service programs.
• Staff the sales counter during peak hours (lunch, late afternoons, evenings, weekends).
• Assist store manager with hiring tasks, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
• Ensure orders and transfers are processed promptly and customers are notified on shipment arrivals.
• Maintain and secure the store during opening/closing duties and verify deposits.
• Coordinate with management to ensure decor, signage, and equipment are maintained.
• Adhere to company policies and schedule compliance.
