Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels at the retail showroom and ensure staff execute service programs.

• Assist in recruiting by interviewing candidates and coordinating with management.
• Ensure all orders, transfers, and returns are processed promptly and accurately.
