The role requires leading the team to serve customers and manage shifts when the Store Manager is absent, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

The position emphasizes hiring support, training oversight, scheduling, and ensuring efficient store processes for returns, invoicing, and communications with vendors and customers.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom.
• Assist in hiring by coordinating recruiting tasks and interviewing candidates.
• Ensure all orders and transfers are processed timely and customers are notified of shipments.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure money and premises.
