O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role manages the store in the Manager's absence and leads the team during opposing shifts.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The position emphasizes staffing the sales counter, coaching team members, participating in interviews, and ensuring timely processing of orders and returns while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom.
• Assist the store manager in hiring tasks and interviews.
• Ensure orders and transfers are processed timely.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure premises.
• Maintain store appearance and operations.
