Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor, ensuring adherence to service programs.
• Assist the store manager with staffing during peak hours and coaching team members.
• Participate in hiring processes, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates.
• Ensure proper handling of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and special orders.
