O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, service and store operations in Litchfield Park, AZ. You will lead team members, coach on goals, and help manage staffing during peak hours, while ensuring a welcoming, efficient shopping experience for customers.

Qualificações

• Leadership/management certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Ensure staffing at peak hours and support Store Manager in goal setting and coaching.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Handle opening/closing duties and cash deposits per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, refunds, and invoicing are accurate.
• Maintain store appearance, signage, and vehicle readiness; enforce policies.
