O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, service, and store operations. This role will stand in for the Store Manager during absences and opposing shifts, guiding team members to deliver exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Assist the store manager in hiring processes and interviews.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure security and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliant returns, invoicing, and policy adherence.
