Qualifications

• Previous experience with government-assisted and subsidized housing programs is required.
• Hands-on experience in operations and tenant certifications is necessary.
• Flexibility, positive attitude, and team orientation are a must.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HUD and state housing agency regulations.
• Assist in collecting rents and processing tenant certifications.
• Work closely with office and maintenance staff.
