Responsibilities

Process re-certifications and assist with filling out forms.
Inspect site grounds and common hallways regularly.
Monitor make-ready status of vacant apartments.
Conduct housekeeping home visits.
Act as a liaison and advocate for residents.
Carry out rent collection program and follow-up procedures.
