National Vision, Inc. in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, coaching staff and driving sales in the optical department.

You will oversee promotions, merchandising, and customer service while coordinating with senior management and ensuring KPI targets are met. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is highly valued, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred for customer interactions and team leadership.
• Experience in optical sales and supervisory roles recognized as a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to motivate staff and achieve targets.
• Solid understanding of store operations, merchandising, and promotions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of sharing clear performance feedback.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and monitor KPIs to drive profitability.
• Demonstrated problem solving across varied store scenarios.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (e.g. reviewing the P&L).
• Oversee the eyeglass department for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and train staff to do the same.
• Review remakes and ensure quality standards and policy adherence.
• Communicate with General Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office; prepare reports.
• Ensure promotions, advertising and visual merchandising are executed; train staff on promotions.
• Supervise and motivate Opticians and Sales associates; assist with staffing needs.
• Forecast staffing, recruitment and retention of qualified personnel.
• Motivate the team to exceed performance standards.
• Note: duties may vary to meet licensure or credential requirements in some locations.
