National Vision is seeking a Licensed Optician - Assistant Manager in Florida who is bilingual in English and Spanish. You will oversee daily store operations, supervise optical staff, manage inventory, and drive sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Strong communication skills for effective management of teams.
• Ability to analyze, create, and understand financial reports.
• Maintains Optical license as required by the state.
• ABO and NCLE Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Drives, monitors, and achieves profit, sales and performance goals according to National Vision standards.
• Oversees the eyeglass department for efficiency and compliance with policies.
• Conveys commitment to outstanding customer service and ensures staff do the same.
• Ensures quality standards are met and merchandising aligns with brand standards.
• Mentors Opticians and Sales associates and supports staffing needs.
