• Coach and support team members to uncover customer needs and confidently recommend retail banking products and services that add value.
• Ensure customers receive consistent, high-quality service across teller, platform, and digital interactions.
• Perform branch servicing duties as needed, including teller transactions, cash handling, and audits.
