Job summary

Stord Fulfillment, LLC is seeking an Area Manager for the 2nd shift to lead warehouse teams and drive inventory accuracy. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with HR, Safety, and Customer Service, and implement process improvements to meet performance standards.

Qualified candidates have 2–4 years of WMS experience, bilingual English/Spanish skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) in high-volume facilities.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Previous leadership experience in warehouse operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to meet daily goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other Ops leaders to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues within the area.
• Implement process improvements and improve workload efficiency.
• Use workload planning tools to ensure orders are fulfilled to standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure quality across functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
