Job summary

Stord is hiring an Area Manager for the 2nd shift to lead a warehouse team, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive process improvements in a high-volume facility. You will use the Order Management System and material handling equipment to meet daily goals.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of WMS experience, are bilingual in Spanish and English, and possess prior leadership experience; a Bachelor’s or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to four years’ experience with warehouse management systems in a high-volume facility.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish and English).
• Previous leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leaders to meet daily goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service, and other Ops leaders to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues affecting the area.
• Implement process improvements and workload efficiency mechanisms.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled to meet standards using workload planning tools.
