Job summary

Stord is seeking an Area Manager to lead a warehouse team on 2nd shift (3:00p–1:30a). You will guide operations, address staff issues, and drive process improvements, leveraging WMS and inventory systems. A bilingual Spanish-English capability is required to support diverse teams and customers.

Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Office Suite are essential. You will coordinate with HR, Safety, Customer Service and other Ops leaders to meet daily goals and ensure accurate inventory

Qualifications

Two to four years’ experience with WMS/inventory systems in a high-volume facility.
Must be bilingual (Spanish and English).
Previous leadership experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required.
Strong organizational and time management skills; drive tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and operations leads to deliver on daily goals.
Collaborate with HR, Safety, Customer Service and other Ops leaders to drive results.
Address operational and personnel issues affecting the area.
Implement process improvements and workload efficiency mechanisms.
Utilize workload planning tools to ensure orders are fulfilled to standards.
