CHEMAS Trucking, LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure timely invoicing and robust cash flow management. You will maintain customer accounts, resolve payment issues, and collaborate with operations and finance to approve invoices.

Preferred candidates have 1–3 years in accounting, bilingual English/Spanish, and experience with QuickBooks Online. This on-site role is based in Brownsville, TX, with a focus on accurate records and timely reporting.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Language: English and Spanish required.
• Training: QuickBooks Online, Tableau or Power BI

Mansioni

• Generate accurate customer invoices, including freight charges and additional fees; ensure timely payment processing and account application.
• Manage customer accounts by updating information, monitoring credit limits, and following up on overdue balances through reminders and dispute resolution.
• Reconcile accounts, prepare aging and status reports, and maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, payment arrangements, and collections.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and invoice approvals.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures by providing timely and accurate accounts receivable data.
