Job summary

XL Parts / The Parts House seeks an Accounts Receivable Collector to manage and collect on assigned customer accounts. You will communicate with customers in English and Spanish, review balances, and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely payments.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience in AR/collections, and strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems is preferred in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to navigate accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned customer accounts to identify past-due balances and prioritize collections.
• Conduct outbound collection calls in English and Spanish to secure payments and arrange plans.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and promised payments.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and delinquencies.
• Collaborate with stores, sales, and internal teams to resolve issues and facilitate payments.
