Qualifications

• French-English bilingual required to communicate with stakeholders across Canada and the United States.
• Experience in fast-paced accounts receivable collections or outbound calling roles.
• Strong negotiation and customer-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to collect payments and secure commitments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements within company guidelines.
• Investigate account details using ERP and CRM systems and document interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal contact.
• Maintain professional, confident, and solution-oriented communication.
