Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, customer success, or sales experience.
• Fluent English and French required; strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for questions, renewals, and updates.
• Monitor client usage, adoption, and account health, and identify at-risk accounts with action plans.
