Tech Sales Jobs is seeking an Account Renewals Specialist to strengthen relationships with existing customers and guide them through renewals for our contractor management solutions from Montreal with remote work options.

You will own end-to-end renewal processes, engage customers before renewal milestones, and work with CRM platforms to drive retention and identify expansion opportunities while delivering exceptional bilingual service in English and French.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in sales or renewal-focused roles.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365 or Odoo.
• Strong consultative selling and renewal skills.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage end-to-end customer renewal process to ensure timely renewals.
• Engage customers before renewal milestones to address needs and retain revenue.
• Handle renewal escalations with internal teams and customer contacts.
• Develop retention strategies to reduce churn and maximize renewals.
• Identify expansion opportunities during renewal discussions.
