Qualifications

• Bilingual is highly preferred.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Payroll, and HR.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience processing high-volume invoices and payroll transactions.
• Strong confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, code, match receipts, and manage weekly check runs.
• Reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain organized files.
• Support payroll for ~200 employees and verify hours.
• Assist with onboarding, HR records, and benefits inquiries.
• Coordinate safety training and HR project support.
