Job summary

The HT Group is seeking an adetail-oriented AP/AR & Payroll Specialist for our client in Beaumont. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, paying$16–$20/hour DOE. Responsibilities include processing AP invoices and payments, handling AR, processing payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience with AP, AR, payroll, or general accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Accounting/payroll software experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process AP invoices, payments, and vendor statements.
• Handle AR, including invoicing and payment posting.
• Process payroll and review timekeeping for accuracy.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial and payroll records.
• Assist with month-end processes and reporting.
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and employees as needed.
• Provide general accounting and administrative support.
